The Tongyue pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator features an adsorber with a unique structural design: this is the core component that determines the utilization rate of the carbon molecular sieve, the nitrogen recovery rate, and whether the carbon molecular sieve will be crushed. Tongyue’s adsorber boasts a distinctive design, incorporating specially structured steel internal components—gas distributors—at both the upper and lower ends inside the adsorber.

The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen-generation units commonly used by us are primarily employed in food packaging, food preservation, food storage, food drying and sterilization, pharmaceutical packaging, pharmaceutical purging gases, and pharmaceutical conveying atmospheres, among other applications.

When the load of PSA nitrogen-generation equipment changes, the resulting variation in energy consumption is far from ideal. However, in most users’ gas-demand processes, there are peak and off-peak periods for nitrogen use, and nitrogen consumption may even be intermittent.
