Process Principle
The PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Based on the difference in adsorption capacity between oxygen and nitrogen in compressed air on the molecular sieve surface, it is a fully automatic device that produces oxygen directly from compressed air by adopting the principle of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption.

High-Efficiency Oxygen-Generating Molecular Sieve

Mainly used in PSA industrial oxygen generation and medical central oxygen supply systems.

· Filters dust and impurities from oxygen at the downstream stage to produce clean oxygen.

Large-size Silencer with Built-in Safety Valve
· Advanced silencer eliminates back pressure, improves purification efficiency and reduces exhaust noise. The built-in safety valve ensures continuous operation in case of equipment blockage.

Stainless Steel Valves
· Adopts high-performance stainless steel angle seat valves to ensure long service life.
· Pressure reducing valves and pressure equalizing valves are made of stainless steel, with faultless switching operations of more than 2 million times.

Solenoid Valves
Suitable for controlling air or inert gases in challenging environments. The unique design of this valve series combines a rigid T-seal and a flexible O-ring, providing bubble-tight sealing, dirt resistance, and reliability for millions of cycles.

Advanced Control and Monitoring System
· Fully housed in a genuine IP54 protection enclosure, facilitating cable wiring and ensuring safety.
· Monitors all parameters comprehensively to guarantee high reliability of the system (AD50±300+).

Remote Control & Communication Interface
· RS485 interface, supporting Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP protocols, enabling centralized monitoring of equipment operation status by DCS system.
· One-key start/stop function: Realizes interlock control of air compressor, refrigerated air dryer and oxygen generator. One-key start & one-key stop can achieve unmanned operation.

Online Monitoring & Control System
Real-time online monitoring and display of parameters of finished oxygen, including flow, purity, temperature, pressure and dew point, can be realized via the local human-machine interface (touch screen), which also enables control of equipment start and stop.
The touch screen can display the process flow, valve status and fault information.

Automatic Intelligent Unqualified Oxygen Automatic Switching & Venting System
By monitoring the output oxygen purity in real time, when the purity fails to reach the specified value, the unqualified gas will be automatically vented; when the purity reaches the specified value, the system will switch automatically, and the qualified product oxygen will be delivered to the user’s consumption point.
