Advanced process control: To ensure the reliable operation of the complete equipment set, a PLC system from LG of South Korea or a Siemens LOGO controller is employed for automatic control, with dedicated system control software pre-stored in the controller.

It automatically controls the pressurized adsorption, pressure equalization, and depressurized desorption processes of the adsorber, while also providing real-time monitoring (via a touch-screen HMI) to ensure the entire system operates fully automatically and reliably.

This control system has been developed through our company’s long-term experimentation and has been proven, through extensive user application, to operate safely and reliably. It employs human–machine interface control, and the remote automated control system with human–machine interaction functionality is composed of a programmable logic controller, a touch screen, and other components.

The touch screen enables dynamic flowchart display, analog input and output monitoring, operational status visualization, and real-time analog value display. It also features on-screen start and stop buttons for convenient adjustment of various control parameters. Additionally, a uniquely designed silencer ensures virtually silent exhaust, minimizing noise pollution and keeping equipment noise levels below 80 dB.
