Production and Application of Nitrogen Generators

　　Introduction to Nitrogen Generators: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators are nitrogen-producing devices designed and manufactured based on PSA technology. Typically, two adsorption towers are operated in parallel, with a fully automated control system precisely sequencing the processes according to a programmable control logic. The system alternates between pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration, thereby achieving nitrogen–oxygen separation and producing high-purity nitrogen as required.

　　Protective gases for metal heat treatment processes, process gases for the chemical industry, nitrogen purging and inerting of various storage tanks and pipelines, process gases for rubber and plastic product manufacturing, oxygen-scavenging and shelf-life-preserving packaging in the food industry, purging and blanketing gases in the beverage industry, nitrogen-flushing and oxygen-removal packaging in the pharmaceutical industry, and protective gases for electronic components and semiconductor manufacturing in the electronics industry, among others. Purity, flow rate, and pressure are stable and continuously adjustable to meet the diverse needs of customers.
