Over many years of development, in order to meet market demands and promote corporate development and sustainable growth, our company has, since 2016 year 6 Effective this month, the company has officially been re-registered from “Jiangyin Tongyue Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.” to “Jiangsu Tongyue Gas Systems Co., Ltd.,” marking a significant enhancement of the company’s overall strength. Effective immediately, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, bank account details, tax identification numbers, and other related information shall be updated to reflect the new company name. Following the corporate name change, the business entity and legal relationships remain unchanged; all previously executed contracts shall continue to be valid, and existing business relationships and service commitments will remain intact.
