　　PSA nitrogen generators use compressed air as feedstock and leverage the adsorption properties of molecular sieves to separate oxygen and enrich nitrogen, thereby producing high-purity nitrogen. Nitrogen is a protective inert gas widely used in industries such as food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, electronics, and solar energy. Accounting for 79% of atmospheric air, nitrogen is relatively easy to extract compared with other inert gases, resulting in low production costs.

　　Principle: An oil-free air compressor supplies compressed air at 0.8 MPa, which is then processed through a refrigerated dryer and filters to produce dry, oil-free, dust-free clean compressed air. This air is fed into an adsorption tower packed with molecular sieves. Because oxygen molecules are smaller than nitrogen molecules, oxygen molecules first enter the porous molecular sieve, while nitrogen gas rapidly passes through the sieve bed and is collected in the nitrogen storage tank. A nitrogen-generation unit is equipped with two adsorption towers that operate in alternating fashion, enabling continuous nitrogen extraction.
