Technical Requirements for the Installation of Nitrogen Generation Equipment

　　1. The area where the nitrogen-generation equipment is installed shall be well-ventilated, and the gas supply shall be dry, clean, free of contaminants, and free of corrosive media.

　　2. The nitrogen generation equipment only needs to be placed horizontally on a level foundation and does not require anchor bolts for fixation.

　　3. The clearance between the nitrogen-generation equipment and building walls or other equipment shall be greater than 800 mm. In particular, adequate spacing must be maintained between the nitrogen-generation equipment and the air compressor to prevent oxygen-enriched gas discharged from the silencer on the nitrogen-generation equipment from being re-ingested by the air compressor.

　　4. Under no circumstances shall piping be connected to the equipment before all components of the nitrogen generation system have been securely and reliably installed.

　　5. Pollutants discharged from the effluent outlet shall be routed and drained outdoors to prevent contamination of the site environment.

　　6. Strictly configure the power supply in accordance with the voltage and frequency ratings indicated on the nitrogen-generation equipment nameplate. Voltage fluctuations shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage, and the cross-sectional area of the incoming power supply conductors shall be selected based on the rated capacity.
