At the beginning of 2013, Tongyue Nitrogen Generation Equipment was invited to participate in a tender project for Ningbo XX Company, owing to its outstanding performance in machining and heat treatment at Guiyang Southern Huitong Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CRRC Corporation. From the initial contact in February to the signing of the contract, only one and a half months elapsed before the client finalized the cooperation agreement. Although the timeframe was brief, it underscored the client’s meticulousness and high efficiency. During this period, Ningbo XX Electrical Company conducted thorough discussions and on-site inspections across multiple dimensions—including equipment technical stability, energy consumption during operation, molecular sieve service life, engineering capabilities, detailed design, and after-sales service—before ultimately selecting the TY540-295 complete nitrogen-generation system (comprising an air compressor, purification system, nitrogen-generation unit, and storage tank). The system is designed to produce 540 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with a purity of 99.5%.
