Purification Of Hydrogenated Deoxygenated Nitrogen Gas

An appropriate amount of hydrogen is added into the feed nitrogen. After mixing, hydrogen and oxygen react under the action of a palladium catalyst to form water. The gas is then subjected to cooling, water removal, and deep adsorption drying to obtain high-purity nitrogen. The hydrogen addition adopts automatic cascade ratio control, with a ratio accuracy of ±0.5%.
