Oxygen-generation product series
PSA Oxygen Generator is a fully automatic equipment that uses zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, based on the difference in adsorption capacity between oxygen and nitrogen in compressed air on the molecular sieve surface. It produces oxygen directly from compressed air by adopting the principle of adsorption under pressure and desorption under reduced pressure.
The modular integrated oxygen generator is a new type of oxygen generator composed of multiple oxygen-generation modules connected in parallel and stacked. It operates on the PSA principle, with multiple adsorption towers alternating in operation, and incorporates an oil-free air compressor, a refrigerated dryer, and a four-stage filtration system, resulting in improved operational stability and extended service life for the entire unit.
Both nitrogen and oxygen have quadrupole moments. Since the quadrupole moment of nitrogen (0.31 Å) is much larger than that of oxygen (0.10 Å), molecular sieve has a stronger adsorption capacity for nitrogen than for oxygen.
PSA nitrogen generator uses carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, and adsorbs oxygen from air based on the principle of depressurization desorption to separate nitrogen automatically.
It adopts a container-based, remotely controlled, self-propelled design that is plug-and-play, requiring no special installation or commissioning, and is resistant to wind and weather.
