Product Introduction

This equipment adopts a low-pressure process to extract pure oxygenated pure nitrogen from the air by means of depth and rectification.That is,the princeple of refrigerating cycle of a turboexpander is used to liquefy the air,and the fractionation tower is based on the difference in the bolling points of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen.The internal rectification was carried out to abtain 99.6% purity of oxygen and 99.99% purity of niteogen.According to needs,changing operationgs can also produce liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen,and medical oxygen.

 

Process Flow

Air compressor:The air is compressed to 0.5Mpa to 0.7Mpa by the air compressor.

Pre-cooling:Air is pre-cooled to 5℃ to 10℃ in a molecular sieve purified gas and water is separated.

Purification:Air removes the remaining moisture,carbon dioxide,and hydrocarbons from the molecular sieve gas.

Air expansion:The amount of cooling required by an expansion refrigeration supply device in an air expander.

Heat exchange:The air exchanges heat with nitrogen,nitrogen,and nitrogen in the main heat exchangeer of the fractionation tower,and is reheated by the cooled nitrogen to the ambient temperature.

Undercooling:Liquid and liquid nitrogen before nitrogen is subcooled in a subcooler.

Distillation:The air is separated by distillation in the lower colunm.

Product nitrogen is obtained at the top of teh upper column and product oxygen is obtained at the upper column bottom.
